The network-capable version of O&O DiskStat 2 Server, as well as the O&O DiskStat 2 Workstation enables the Administrator to quickly get a clear overview of the used space on their hard disks across the entire company network. By integration into the O&O Enterprise Management Console it is possible to distribute and manage Jobs, scans and automatically created reports from one central location in the network.

A clear chart displays the used space of the computers to the Administrator. Computers which have “exceeded the used space” level set by the Administrator, are depicted in orange, computers with a “critical used space” are labeled in red. This information helps the Administrator to plan necessary substitutions or enhancements better, and prevent applications from malfunctioning due to a lack of free space.
The Administrator is provided with a detailed insight into the data structure of the company network. The reports organize information for each hard disk, such as how much space is used by different files or file types.
